Aroma bedrock baths provide an appropriate amount of perspiration due to the far-infrared radiation effect and promote relaxation of the body through the emission of negative ions.” Good perspiration” improves the body’s immune system, making it stronger and healthier and less susceptible to various pathogens, bacteria, and infections. Sweating also has a detoxifying effect and improves basic metabolic rate. Fitness Club Hiroo’s Aroma Bedrock Bath is equipped with “@aroma “※ to enhance the relaxing effect of aromatherapy.

@aroma is the generic name for “aroma space design” using aroma diffusers (automatic diffusers) provided by at Aroma Co.
When using the aroma bedrock bath, a fee of 330 yen (including tax) will be charged for a special yukata (bathrobe). A set of discount coupon tickets (11 times 3,300 yen (tax included)) is also available.

How to take an aroma rock bath
Drink plenty of water before the Aroma Bedrock Bath.
The use of the rug will transmit a comfortable temperature to the entire body.
Please note that prolonged use of the bath may cause dehydration, which may lead to physical discomfort or low-temperature burns.
Don’t forget to hydrate! Always drink a glass of water even if you are not thirsty.
Hydration improves the flow of capillaries and lymph vessels by distributing oxygen deep into the cells, and it improves blood circulation.
Bathing Tips
The effect on the skin is enhanced when sweat is also secreted from the face without makeup or perfume!
Sweat shed in an aroma bedrock bath contains plenty of skin moisturizing ingredients, so it does not have the unpleasant odor of characteristic sweat.
Moreover, since the sweat is similar to water, which does not waste minerals necessary for the body to excrete, you can simply wipe it off.
If you take a shower, we recommend that you do not use soap, etc., but only rinse off the sweat.
For best results, repeat two or three sets of 15-minute bathing + 5-minute rest periods as a cycle.

hungry, full stomach, after strenuous exercise, intoxicated, pregnant, menstruating, those with heart problems, and those who use pacemakers.

Equipped with a Jacuzzi bath where you can stretch out your arms and legs and relax, private showers that you can use without worrying about your surroundings, and a sit-down bathtub, it is the perfect place to relax after exercise or work. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are botanicals derived from plants. Makeup remover, lotion, milky lotion, cotton swabs, and cotton pads are available for women, and lotion, milky lotion, hair tonic, hair liquid, cotton swabs, and cotton pads are available for men. Please feel free to use just the bath without bringing things.
Women’s Bath
