Please make an appointment for an orientation.
※Orientation includes a guidance on the building etiquette, counseling (confirming your goals and objectives), and body measurements (measuring muscle mass and body fat percentage). After that, we will carefully guide you one-on-one on how to use the basic machines.

Membership & Payment Terms
Please read and agree to our Membership Rules and Regulations (attached) before enrolling.
Depending on the payment method selected, monthly payments will be scheduled as follows:
・If you choose credit card payment: The payment will be made on the 12th of the previous month, but the actual payment will be shown on the statement as the sales on the 1st of the previous month.
・The date of withdrawal from your account will be the date set by your credit card company.
・If you choose direct debit, your payment will be automatically debited on the 27th of each month, or on the next business day if the 27th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday.
The Club will not send you a statement, receipt, or notification of the monthly withdrawal.
The membership fee for the first month of membership will be charged on a pro-rata basis according to your starting date.
・Please choose the starting date of Silver membership from 1st, 6th, 11th, 16th, 21st, and 26th. (For other membership types, please select the 1st or 16th.)
・If you choose to start on the 1st, you will be charged the monthly membership fee.
・If you choose a start date other than the 1st, the monthly membership fee will be charged on a pro-rated basis for each start date.

Withdrawal of membership, self-suspension, change of membership type, etc.
The deadline for all membership changes is
the 10th of each month.
Withdrawal Procedure
Please submit your request to cancel your membership in writing to the front office before the 10th of the month.
Example: If you wish to cancel your membership at the end of April, please do so by April 10.
Procedure for temporary suspension of membership
A written request to suspend a membership must be made at the front desk by the 10th of the month prior to the month in which you wish to suspend.
During the suspension period, a fee of 3,300 yen per month will be charged. The period of suspension is limited to a maximum of three months.
After the recess period, the regular fee will be automatically charged.
Maternity Leave of Absence
If you become pregnant, we offer a free maternity leave of absence until one year after the expected month of delivery.
Change of membership type
Please make a written request to the front desk by the 10th of the month prior to the month in which you wish to change your membership type.
Cancellation of contracted locker
Please complete the required procedures at the front desk by the 10th of the month in which you wish to cancel your locker contract (or the following day in the event that the facility is closed).
