In her early 30s, she switched from being a dancer to a yoga instructor. Her love of yoga has grown, and she has fallen more and more in love with it, making it the center of her life. I have been deepening my practice from power yoga, which is very strenuous, to Yin Yoga, which is static and almost meditative, and recently Pilates as well. I try to give ''comfortable'' lessons that will enrich your mind and body.
