MASAKO KAMO
加茂 雅子
Joined the Tchaikovsky Memorial Tokyo Ballet in 2006.
She has performed in almost all domestic and international productions.
She has performed "Sleeping Beauty," "Giselle," "Swan Lake," "The Nutcracker," "Don Quixote," "La Sylphide," "Les Sylphides," "La Bayadere," "Sylvia," "Onegin," "The Danube Girl," "Pastor's Afternoon," "Etude," "A Midsummer Night's Dream," "Four Seasons," "The White Suite," "Romeo and Juliet," "Petrushka," "The Rite of Spring," "Greek Dances," "Don Giovanni," "The Birds," "The Kabuki," "M," "Bugaku," "Dance in the Mirror," and "9th Symphony.
She has also performed in many other classical full-act works as well as works by leading contemporary ballet choreographers such as Maurice Béjart, Il Kylian, John Neumeier, and George Balanchine. She has also toured abroad, performing at the Paris Opera and La Scala in Milan, etc. She retired from the company in 2016.
Based on her experience working with some of Japan's best ballet companies, she teaches accurate and beautiful ballet that can be performed on stage.
