She started modern and classical ballet at an early age, studied various genres of dance at a vocational school, and became a theme park dancer, which had been her dream since she was a child. She has performed in various seasonal events and regular shows. After retiring, she decided that she wanted to continue to be involved in physical activity and became an instructor.
She is currently working to provide Pilates, dance, Balleton, and other forms of physical exercise to help people become healthier and more energetic.

Joseph Pilates, the founder of Pilates, famously said that Pilates completes the condition of body, mind and spirit. I do lessons to create such class where your mind and body can be in harmony.
When we think of training, we tend to think of using our bodies in a big way, but why don't we focus on the skeletal structure and small muscles to get our bodies and minds in shape before we do big movements?
It may only be a few minutes in your daily life, but during the class, you can take care of yourself and carefully look at yourself without comparing yourself with others.
