Get as much as an 1 hour of conventional exercise in just 15 minutes
By utilising the instability factor and acceleration created by the three-dimensional vibration of up and down, back and forth, left and right, the Power Plate provides exercise effects such as strength training, stretching and massage simply by posing without the use of weights.
While conventional exercise uses only 40% of the body’s muscles, the Power Plate stimulates 95% to 97% of the body’s muscles, including the internal muscles. It also works the muscles more than 30 times per second, dramatically increasing the efficiency of the workout so that you can get the equivalent of an hour’s conventional workout in about 15 minutes.

The prescribed procedure must be completed in writing at the Reception by the 10th day of the month prior to the month in which you wish to self-suspend.You may self-suspend for a maximum of three months. During the period of self-suspension, a self-suspension fee of JPY 3,300 per month will be charged.
